New IP Address Locations Added to Hotspot Shield Elite

Listed below are websites that are commonly only available from certain country. Meaning if trying to access the content of a UK geo-restricted website from outside UK, you’ll be shown a message warning you that you are not allowed to access the content. However with Hotspot Shield Elite Virtual Location feature you can now choose the country from where you would like to connect to access sites and instantly regain access to your favorite content.

In the following table, we have gathered some examples of websites that are “supposedly” only available from certain countries. For instance tenplay.com.au is only available for people browsing the internet from Australia. So if you wish to access it from outside Australia, you can do so with Hotspot Shield Elite. You will need to turn on the app and make sure you are signed in into your Elite account so you get access to all Virtual Locations. Once signed in to Elite, all you have to do is select the AU (Australia) Virtual Location, make sure Hotspot Shield VPN is activated (connected) and then you will be able to access the website you want without any issue.
